HR Generalist

Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

Location: Nasr City – On-site
Employment Type: Full-time (with flexibility for part-time if needed)
Experience Required: 2–5 years in HR operations (preferably in the tech industry)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an HR Generalist with strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership to take the lead on day-to-day HR operations and help shape our people processes as the company grows.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, medical insurance handling, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Extract and review attendance data using ZKTeco K14 Pro
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations (base salary, bonuses, deductions)
• Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee medical insurance activation and assist with claims
• Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation for new hires
• Respond to employee questions and support a positive work culture

✅ Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR policy development
• Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel and attendance systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Regular on-site presence at the Nasr City office is required
 (Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered based on qualifications)
