Digital Advertising Specialist (Media Buyer)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize results and ensure cost-efficiency.
    • Track and report on advertising spend and financial performance.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization:
    • Create compelling and high-converting ad copy and visuals.
    • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
    • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
    • Utilize data and insights to segment audiences and tailor advertising messages accordingly.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign performance.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative advertising concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
