Social Media Marketing Specialist, Content Creator

Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies, create high-quality content, and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and has a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
• Content Creation:
  • Create compelling and high-quality content including text, images, videos, and infographics for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone.
• Community Management:
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and grow online communities, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and leverage new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify the brand’s message.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content creation.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their algorithms.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
