Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical requirements and specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop and present detailed reports, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
